Home Yet is a communication and reminder tool only. It does not provide emergency services, real-time monitoring, or safety guarantees.
2. No Location Tracking
Home Yet does not track your real-time location. The app only uses user-provided information such as selected ETA and manual check-in actions.
3. User Responsibilities
By using Home Yet, you agree that you are responsible for:
- Entering accurate ETA information
- Responding to notifications and reminders
- Following up with your contacts if necessary
You acknowledge that the app is only a tool and should not be solely relied upon for personal safety.
4. No Guarantee of Safety
Home Yet does not guarantee that any user will arrive safely at their destination. The app is intended to support communication, not replace personal judgment or safety precautions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Yet and its operators are not responsible for:
- Missed or delayed notifications
- Failure of users to respond to alerts
- Any incidents, injuries, or damages resulting from use or inability to use the app

6. QR Code and Session Use
Home Yet may use QR codes to initiate check-in sessions. These sessions are temporary and do not create permanent connections or tracking between users.
7. Notifications
Notifications and reminders are dependent on device settings, operating system behavior, and network connectivity. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or interrupted.
8. Privacy
Home Yet is designed with privacy in mind. We do not track your real-time location or sell your personal data. Any information collected is used solely to provide and improve the service.
